Albert Einstein said "Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them". That is perhaps the singular defining characteristic that I experience working with Jennifer. The problem we were challenged with required different thinking, flexibility, growth mindset, curiosity, and an unquenchable desire to make things happen. If you want conventional thinking, consultant to tell you that you are right, or lots of power point presentations then don’t call Jennifer. BUT like Walt Disney said “powerful futures are created first in the mind and next in the activity"
